The Mississippi Teacher Center operates a job placement service
that maintains a database of prospective teachers/administrators
and district job vacancies. The goal of the placement services to
provide Mississippi school districts with a pool of certified
prospective teachers. If you are seeking employment as a teacher
or an administrator, you may enter your information to be reviewed

teachers who have registered with the placement service.

2007 Mississippi Career Fair for Educators
This is an annual teacher recruitment event where prospective
teachers meet district personnel to fill vacancies in
Mississippi school districts. The 2007 Mississippi Career
Fair for Educators was be held on March 31, 2007, at
the Mississippi Trade Mart - Fairgrounds in Jackson. The next career fair will be Spring 2008 and is sponsored by the Mississippi Teacher Center.
